Order processing
Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Most orders are expected to arrive within 15 calendar days after the order is placed, including processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or an incomplete delivery address.
Shipping destinations and cost
We ship worldwide to all destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Tracking and delayed orders
Tracking information will be sent when it is available. If an order has not arrived within 15 days, contact support@cupsdx.shop with your order number so we can investigate.
