45-day return period
You may request a return within 45 calendar days after your order is delivered. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories.
Requesting a return
Email support@cupsdx.shop before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
Refunds
After the approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Used products, products damaged after delivery, and items returned after the 45-day period are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
